After graduating high school in 1985 she attended Pace University in New York where she studied Drama. By the early 1990s she had headed west and was furthering her education in Arizona where she now resides. Today Silverberg is a singer-songwriter/guitarist whose raw folk music performances have garnered comparisons to such more commercial entertainers as Ani DiFranco, Natalie Merchant and Suzanne Vega.
