Psychedelic Mooj keeps things simple: old school groove, vintage tone, raw energy, and rock-solid rhythm. Formed in Chandler, Arizona, in 2005, Psychedelic Mooj evolved from playing amped-up traditional blues to become one of Arizona’s preeminent psychedelic blues jam bands. Founding members Ram Tuli, Richard Chavez, Dave Hull were joined by Ram’s 15-year old son, Will Tuli, in 2010 to record their third album, Analog Soup.
Heavily influenced by 70s rock legends such as Humble Pie, Wishbone Ash and Robin Trower, the band writes and performs original music that is heavily guitar dominated atop a rock solid drum and bass rhythm foundation. Guitar players R. Tuli and Chavez have refined their vintage tone over many years and it has become an essential part of their sound, killer psychedelic blues. Bassist Dave Hull and drummer W.
